@tybaron7 oh really? That would be great! I love the color and love turtle necks but it is sadly too small. I haven’t ever returned something so I’m not quite sure how to request a return.

@p8tonm427 yeah Zara is a UK brand I totally forgot they’re different with size 🙈 dang tiny Europeans.
Ok- so you go to my purchases, select order, select problems and inquiries, select order not as described, select reason for return,
It should eventually lead you to being able to download a shipping label that you can ship it back for free and get your money back.
And once all that is done you can definitely have some discount off any other future purchase due to all the inconvenience!!
