mmk2016 hi you purchased the polo shirt from me and upon packing it found out that the collar button tab was never sewn so i have it at the seamstress to get fixed and will pick it up on friday let me know if u still want the shirt or you want me to cancel it. thanks

mmk2016 hi i just got diagnosed wirh covid friday morning so i have been in quaranteen. not what i was expecting so not going anywhere for 10 days and i apologize for the delay but there is nothing i can but wait and get better. so i can refund u or i am planning on picking it up on friday/sat and can ship then. up to you but covid is something i didnt expect to get. thanks

p_piorkowski @mmk2016 I don't want a refund I just want the shirt I had already paid for. I'm not someone who's unsympathetic but it's been multiple extensive delays from buttons missing to being on vacation and waiting a week before it even gets sent out. I've been waiting a long time to get a refund would be kind of insulting. I guess I'll just have to wait but unless I was completely spineless I can't be blamed for voicing my opinions on this matter. I would think most customers agree.

mmk2016 if you can not wait for me then my option is to cancel the sale and will repost it when i have picked it up. the timing isnt great but i also didnt expect to have to wait a week to get a collar slit sewn on a shirt either. i am not feeling well and will not be felt to pickup the item until i feel better by you and life happens.

p_piorkowski @mmk2016 I didn't say I wasn't going to wait. In fact I specifically said that I didn't want to refund and cancel. I was just stating that even before you got COVID or a button came off the wait was still dragging. I mean it took you a week to even get back to me when I first purchased it. It's been just an extremely long ordeal and I feel that I have every right to say how I feel about it. I mean in all none of it seemed to bother you much. Do all your customers go through this?
