gershz i just contacted the poshmark and demonstrated to them what you did -- after having accepted my $87 offer, you breached the contract with me and didn't pay me, and then you had audacity to come back to me and to offer me $75. this is not a threat, and/or intimidation, but if you don't honor the legally-binding contract that you have with me, i'd have to enforce its provisions and also bring fraud charges requesting the court for treble damages relief. this is my notice to you.

gershz in case you missed it, here is the Poshmark's policy on offer and its acceptance: "Offers are binding and a sale is guaranteed when you accept an offer. A buyer must provide payment details and their address to make an offer. If you accept an offer from a buyer, payment will be processed immediately. As a result, buyers using Make An Offer are committed. Offers are private."
