h0ll1e I am saddened at your disappointment. The cape was brand new. Worn once, for mere minutes, from the car to the office, & cleaned by French Hand Laundry (http://www.frenchhandlaundry.com/), where couture & historic garments are cleaned for museums all over the world. The cleaning cost more than the listing price. The listing was earnest, so that it would go to a good home. I too am disappointed that you are not pleased. I hope you are not dissuaded from, but rather pleased by future purchases.

see_it_want_it @uptownfashion04 - I didn't leave a false review. I purchase an item that I had concerns about. As a "business owner/seller" since 2013, your passive aggressive attitude and harassment shows what type of customer service one would expect from a seller of your magnitude. You false reviews and childish behaviors to try and tarnish my reputation as a buyer is borderline bullying. I addressed my concerns the right way, through poshmark.
