missonolee Hi Phoebe! You recently purchased the Free People sweater from me, and I just wanted to make sure you know it's a "distressed" look, so there are parts of the item that may seem very "worn." I can send a few more photos just so you are fully aware :) I recently had someone purchase another FP item and they were not used to the "distressed" look that FP usually puts into their clothing, so I just want to make sure you are aware and happy with your purchase! 🤗

jessicamodic Hi. Just reaching out based on the feedback you gave me. Can you tell me specifically what needed to be improved? For example you said ship time and told after Christmas was fine, but I shipped before Christmas. Also, those leggings were washed and had zero flaws. They were basically new but yet I got feedback for item cleanliness and item description. I’m not trying to be rude. I want my customers to be happy and I was very surprised when I saw all that as feedback
