akat537 Hi! I've sent an email to poshmark about your order. I'm sorry you are not happy with them. I will tell you that I purchased them just as you find them now, from Nordstrom. They've been worn once and I cleaned them before sending. The color is difficult to tell between black and navy because the navy is so dark. They were sold as navy. One cleaned up a little better and that's why one is more matte and the other is not.

dorotheagr71 Hi! thank u for getting back to me!! i wanted to reach out to u but its against the protocol! Thank u also for the lovely note that was included in the package. i love the boots & i would be happy with either shade. Although they look almost identical, if u look inside they have different codes. When you see them up close they look different.

dorotheagr71 The Nordstrom salesperson probably misperceived the color and mismatched the pair! Is there a way we could adjust the price, so that i take them to a shoemaker to match them ? Thank you .
