tmdau @fizzerjoon they were the lululemon on the fly 7/8 pants. The right thigh part has a thread that came out and has pulled about 2 inches. Right underneath that is another area where the pant has torn.

fizzerjoon @tmdau that is strange. I had just tried them on and then washed before I listed them and they were fine except for waistband tie missing. Well, if you want to make a claim you have to have photos of the flaw and then contact Poshmark.

tmdau @fizzerjoon maybe when you washed them it caught something because I literally just opened up the package and saw it. I am new to this app and I saw I had to “accept” the delivery in order for you to get paid. I felt bad that you had to wait so as soon as I saw it the package, i “accepted” it right away so you could get the money. I didn’t open the package until later. I wasn’t aware that when I “accepted “ it that was it. I believe it’s a final sale. That is why I am messaging you

fizzerjoon @tmdau it’s Fine if you would like to open a case on the pants. I just can’t refund you on my own. You have to go through Poshmark. They will either approve the return and send you a shipping label to send them back to me. Once I get them back, you will get your money back. Please go to your purchases and click the report a problem link.

Let me divide the set into two boxes & see how much it’ll cost to ship the second box. If it’s not too expensive, I’ll pay shipping for the second box.
