onceuponahanger Don’t bother with this buyer unless you want poor ratings for no logical reason. Item shipped less than 24hrs after purchasing and they gave poor rating for shipping time only. Took 4 days for buyer to receive item from the time they purchased. Message to sellers: protect your ratings, block this buyer.

capcsb @onceuponahanger thanks For the advice how do I block this buyer? I sold brand new product with tags - shipped same day and got 4 ... for no reason. Look back at comments on their messages and evidently that’s how he/she operates. So unfair but I would like to block but not sure how to do it. Great advice thank you!
