Hi there! I had an issue with my account and they are not letting print your label :( I’ve sent 3 emails and they haven’t answered yet.. I’m still waiting for it and hope they can make it work! I’m really sorry about the delay on the shipping. I would have the box ready for today but let’s see what they will say.. I’m traveling tomorrow morning and won’t be back until Sunday that’s why I’m sending you that message! Fingers crossed!! Thanks 😊

@littlee1020 oh ok. I’ll pick it up when I can. I don’t really like this type of delivery. Normally, all my order, no matter what does not requires a signature to be delivered. Even if it’s over 500 from other places.

@phuongdle I did not select the type of delivery - it has nothing to do with me. Can you reach out to poshmark and see what they can do? Picking it up when you can is not an answer as I shipped them and I don’t get paid until they are received by you. You need to contact posh and get assistance with a redelivery.

@littlee1020 tbh, I’m quite unsure. As they charged me as well. And I’m not sure how to correct this. I’ve had more expensive things delivered to my house without a signature or being redirected to the USPO.

@phuongdle we are only able to ship with the label they provide which is usps. It all goes through poshmark. Did you bring you missed delivery receipt to them for pickup
