Hello! I just read your review. The tag should be in to inside pocket and is there anyway you could have accidentally cut it when opening the box? I clearly inspected it before sending and I would’ve seen a 4inch cut when packing it up. And definitely wouldn’t have sent it out to you in that condition

@crystalandre150 there is a card on the inside of the pocket but no tag. And I removed the tape of the box I did not cut the box. And the bag was wrapped in plastic so there was no way I would have even cut that deep into the box. I’ll post a picture if I am able to for you to see what I’m talking about. I just received the box about 10 minutes ago.

@crystalandre150 I will say one of the reasons I ordered from you compared to some others is because of your high ratings. I am not trying to upset you or bash your name, it was just slightly disappointing when I was anticipating getting a brand new bag and to see the error that’s all.
