joes12 @phyllisdci If the shoes are not in perfect shape yes please by all means return them. They were in perfect condition when shipped out but if they did not make it after please send them back for a refund. Please let Poshmark know about this so you can have a return label. I am so sorry about this.

phyllisdci @joes12 thank you. I have never had to return anything to Poshmark. I will take a photo of the interior to show you. Did you ever wear them? I would appreciate you telling me how to return them. Thank you.

joes12 @phyllisdci I got them from another posher on Poshmark and did not wear them at all. Tried them once and they were a bit long on my foot. Did not notice any flaws the bottom was in perfect condition. There were no cracks and definitely no peeling of the sole that's for sure as I tried them both with socks and without. When you accept and only give one star you have the option to talk to Poshmark customer service. I would definitely like to receive these shoes and see where the issue is.

joes12 @phyllisdci I also went ahead and got my size shoe from Poshmark again so I would definitely like to see if I may have the same issue in the long run. I decided to keep the new shoes. They are beautiful and size 6.5.

joes12 @phyllisdci If you have submitted the problem you can go back and add the pictures again to Poshmark. Go back to the email from Poshmark asking you to accept the product received and if you give anything less than 5 stars you are to explain the reason and add pictures.

phyllisdci @joes12 I will take pics tomorrow as it is late. I will call customer service. Thanks very much for your responsiveness. It is not the soles. It is inside the boot. It is like a shell that separated from the sock portion.
