gsdmommy @frippislandsc Thank you! He passed away 4 years ago at age 11. He was such a joy. He was my first adoption and shepherd from non-profit German Shepherd rescue 15 years ago. Currently have 2 more adopted shepherds from same rescue. Volunteer for rescue...AWESOME breed and rescue! Love pic of your fur kids. 🐾😊

frippislandsc @gsdmommy Our Scout came from a high kill shelter at eight months of age. His owners I turned him in after keeping him chained up outside most of his puppy life. We would love to get another one but we’re older and just rescued the two little doxie/lab mix sisters About two years ago. We have two old senior dogs so we have a house full at the moment. My wife volunteers at animal control and works her best to try to place the animals that she can. Rescues are the best. Nice talking to you

lakeontariogirl @gsdmommy I grew up with a shepherd. Great dogs. We have two Rhodesian Ridgebacks now. I couldn’t imagine life without a dog. They bring so much joy.

gsdmommy @lakeontariogirl thank you! I've always had a thing for purses & shoes. Broke ankle 17 years ago so shoes I can wear now are limited. Became a BIG Rebecca Minkoff purse fan 2 years ago after purchasing my first one at Nordstrom's! (Got tired of MK purses w logos splashed all over it.) Personal style preference are L - XL hobos w single shoulder strap. Shoe/boot size is 8.5 - 9. Sandals 8 - 8.5.

gsdmommy @lakeontariogirl that was my first German Shepherd. Adopted in 2003. He was an absolute joy from the day he was brought home. After his passing I've adopted 3 more from same rescue. Currently have blk & tan and an all white Shepherd. Good Shepherd Rescue of Texas is an amazing non-profit rescue that takes in mostly sick Shepherds other rescues pass on. These rescues make such wonderful family pets once they've healed and go to homes where they are a beloved family member.

carleeraex Yay! I just saw your rating and am glad you love them! I agree the padded are much better lol. I was so excited bc my mom got these for Christmas but she always buys me an 8.5 since that was my pre pregnancy shoe size. I’m glad they went to someone who appreciates them 😊❤️

gsdmommy @carleeraex So sweet of your mom. When she buys an 8.5 instead of 9 treasure it! ❤ I broke ankle on business trip to DC in 03. Numerous ortho surgeries & nerve pain since. Shoe size 7.5-8 and now 8.5-9. My sweet mom would buy me shoes and so happy when she thought they would be comfortable. (Limited to Uggs & Mephisto for years.) She's had dementia for 12 years. Shoes in closet she bought me...seeing them brings smiles & heartache. 😊💔
