koryz First I apologise for that, I was Not aware of any mildew smells. If you need to take it to a cleaner . I’ll pay for that. I have your shipping info and can do the research myself on who can clean that for you in your area and pay for it to be cleaned . I’ll find the Biz, touch base with you and pay for it over the phone through that Biz. How’s that sound? Sorry again, I apologise that that was sent like that.

koryz I clean/wash ALL my items before mailing them and this item must of Not Been Double Checked. I feel bad and embarrassed, I’m sorry and will make it right.

koryz Does poshmark have a secure email system that we can use? Most places/dry cleaners want the bag brought in so they can see what needs done, but I don’t want you to have to run all over the place.

koryz Pinky, Is that what you’d like me to do? Check on Cleaners that can clean inside bags like that for you? Or do you have one you like best and I’ll pay for the cleaning. My suggestion is to use one that does their cleaning in house and doesn’t send it off. I called a few yesterday and most want you to. Ring the Bag in so they can look at it. It should just take a Simple Steamer/Dry cleaner type system with some of their solutions . Just let me know either way. Once again, I’m Very Sorry.
