shoppoppylane @pink_parade She made a super low offer and I was hoping to make a compromise. I am not entirely clear on when the "free shipping" appears. Might just be for the first time you drop the price on something. For that one item, it ended up not sending out the free shipping message, but someone snatched it up anyway for the deep discount. So I was happy anyway. :) I am still learning too.

pink_parade @poppycreek what I have observed is that free or reduced shipping on price drops is random, and often with no reduction at all on the shipping, unless it is one of those clear closet or clean out closet or whatever it is called.
