mimpi_indah Hi, I’m new to poshmark. The sandals I ordered from you are only my third purchase. I was unaware of the 72 hour payment release if I didn’t accept it. I was out of town and didn’t open the package until after 72 hours of arrival and I never would have approved them. I’m incredibly disappointed to see how the left sandal toe strap was stretched out.

mimpi_indah This was not shown in your pictures (you only showed the right one so I’d have a hard time believing you just didn’t notice the left one had this problem) so it’s very frustrating as I literally can’t wear them. It’s not cosmetic but actually makes them unwearable. Please advise me on how we can make this right. Thanks
