I had that setting once above a Pizza Parlor in Seal Beach CA and it was called a BOX CAR style apartment..i was on Main St, and loved it..kinda like channeling COCO CHANEL with my design studio in there too making fashion, handbags. Clothes etc..the noise from the all the bars got to me, but i was a minute walk to the ocean and that was awesome! Good luck this weekend on SALES!!!

pollybeausshop @erin865posh oh i understand completely...every morning at 4:00am just when i would get to sleep from the all night party people sitting in the bench below my window..the seafood trucks and restaurant delivery trucks parked behind the building to deliver to O’Malleys famous Irish Place/BAR! Not to mention the psychic down stairs next door in the same building...i think all her customers spirits stayed behind and would entertain at 3:30 am every night too! LOL!

erin865posh @pollybeausshop yes! There’s a bar across the street that plays (terrible) live music, I’ve thought of getting water balloons to shut them up at 2am. The perks are having so much close by, walking distance to anything, the downside: loud drunk people and crap music 🤷🏻‍♀️

Look up Main St Seal Beach and New York Style Pizza and you can see the building, looks just like being in FRANCE, it is the only 100 yr. old building left all the others have been rebuilt...it is also NAVY town so certain days (won’t publicly mention) they would come home in the ships to eat and have fun;)

jilleedillee So here’s what I’ve got: 5 XL Irmas and about 30 pairs of TC2s. There are NO solids. I’ve “hidden” a couple pics in my current Irma/Tigger listing. Find it and pics 5 & 6 show the Irma fabrics & 18 of what I thought were the prettiest legging patterns. Excuse the plastic pkgs, but you can see them fairly well. Let me know if anything appeals and I can put together a custom bundle.🌺
