buddyb394 Good 🌆, Yes, the waist is 24 inches but there is elastic on both sides that give easily to another 2 inches ,so that's 26. The rise is 12. the inseam is 29.. Nice almost new pair and because it's Sunday night if you are interested in any of my items I will slash j without hesitation to Rock bottom. Why you might ask ?? .Well I went on a huge shopping spree this past week.💃💐🌻🍀
