krixoz Hi, I ordered your dr rogers healing balm about two weeks ago, it has never shown up.I've tried to track it, but it is non-existent since shipping. Very frustrated, I want to cancel and get refunded and purchase elsewhere. This makes no sense!

pj4485 @krixoz omg I’m so sorry I shipped it and sent it out even included the pallet for free :( I contacted support to see how I can get your refunded. Of course I will send you the money back if you did not receive it. Sorry for all the frustrations.

pj4485 @krixoz I called the carrier yesterday and they are trying to look to see if it’s still at the last scan. They are supposed to give me a call back - I will definitely be issuing a refund if they can’t ship.

pj4485 @krixoz I was told to wait till tomorrow but I agree so you can go ahead and say item was not delivered and it should give you back payment. Let me know if that does that work.

krixoz It wouldn't let me, because it says already shipped. It was scanned and there is no option to say item not delivered, maybe you have to do it on your end
