I tried to ship your order today but the post office would not accept the package as it weighs 2.1 kg and the shipping label says 0.75 kgs (even though it should be prepaid for up to 2.5 kgs according to poshmark), so I've reached out to poshmark about it to see what I should do. fani3334 The Sigma palette is on sale at Beauty Bay, you are correct. They have a new shipping carrier that now charges extra brokerage fees/duties that you only find out about upon delivery and will not release till you pay them first. My recent 75$ purchase cost me 20$ in extra fees.. so this palette would be 12$ extra + 10$ shipping fee you already paid Beauty Bay. You cannot dispute the extra fees (I tried) with them. You also cannot negotiate prices on Beauty Bay like you can with me.

excellenceisme @fani3334 I always buy from beauty bay. Just placed 2 orders of 65$ each that includes 8$ shipping. As per rules till 60$ there is no duties or applicable fees. Besides to my experience till 80$ they don’t charge fees. So just letting you know

fani3334 @excellenceisme I just placed mine last week, paid the 10$ shipping and got an email on Friday that the shipping company EZ Clear will not deliver my items unless I pay 20$ in duties & brokerage fees. I contacted Beauty Bay why I wasn't advised that there would be extra fees and was told that in their policy it states that I can be charged extra by the company.
