Hi Poppy! Got the bundle. So beautifully packaged. There is one piece the clinique and typically they are sticky sometimes to roll up but this one wont roll up. I dont wanna return or open any dispute over it for sure. Think I can send back to you and have it replaced?

@thestyletrader hi, the reason is won’t roll up is that it’s not a full size but a trial size. I’m so sorry if I didn’t meet your expectations. I do have one left but it would be the same thing with that unfortunately.

@poppy24that makes sense. Totally. It just doesn't peek out of the casing at all. So I don't know how to actually use it. Not your fault. Would you be willing to work with me if I purchased another bundle to replace this and absorb maybe this item?
