popupshopnc @esprit14 hi. Thank you for the info. So that batch suggests that it was manufactured in August 2019 so this should still have another 20 months of shelf life. Have you used it yet? Do you want to return it?

popupshopnc @esprit14 please go ahead and file the claim with posh for return label. I think that’s the only way you can get the full refund through posh. I’m not totally savvy with posh so if you know any other way I’m open to suggestions!

4betterguds Welcome to Poshmark & happy new year! Clearly you have a store front elsewhere given tour vast inventory so fast. You have a great closet & many great brands already. You should read up on the parameters of what is allowed though, so you do not get flagged or worse (shut down). Unlike other similar sites there are limitations of what are allowed to be listed. popupshopnc @4betterguds hi. Thank you for dropping a comment! Yes I definitely had made some mistakes in the beginning and got a couple of items taken down. I guess it’s a growing pain. So after those incidences I read the guideline more thoroughly and cleaned up my closet so all items that are for sale meet the guidelines. Did you see anything that is not supposed to be on?

4betterguds @popupshopnc I had many help me when I was starting on here, so I try to pay it forward. I had growing pains in learning the rules too. The 2 items I saw were Capresso & portable Heater, I think it was when I was sharing. When people follow me, I try to always share @4-5 items of their closet randomly when I follow back. When I have many similar brands, like yours, I tend to share more.

4betterguds @popupshopnc yes appliance. I was told by a posh staff once pre covid anytime an electronic outlet needed they aren’t allowed. Rules have expanded some since that though.

popupshopnc @heidi2695 Hello, thanks for reaching out. This item was shipped a day after the order was placed along with other items sold but it never started tracking. I reported the problem to Posh then and I have reached out to them again to their customer support. I am so sorry that this happened. Normally, the delayed tracking eventually show up but I understand it is frustrating.
