portamento_moda @marka Good morning, this is one of my first canceled orders and I did state on my cancellation report the causes: I took the sweater to the dry cleaners as I usually do in pieces likes this, and the fibers got damaged. I supposed you would be able to see those notes, but I’m afraid you wasn’t. My apologies and hope this doesn’t happen again.
