jax_lux @portiatop I am not sure I understand your comment. If you mean settle for this dress, why be unhappy if it’s not what you want. It’s in my closet, but it needs to seen, and I am pretty confident you won’t see yourself at the event you may want it for. Even in resale, you get what you pay for. Keep looking. I wish you luck. BTW: it is floor length, but how tall are you?

portiatop @jax_lux I meant if I couldn’t find any other deals on dresses that I like, that I will have to settle for the $100. I have an event coming up for autism and wanted to stay within the blue color scheme without having to spend too much. I love your dress! I’m 5’7”.

jax_lux @portiatop Gotcha. I asked because no one wants an unhappy buyer. On the plus side, it will be plenty long enough for you. I am taller. If you don’t have time prior, you can always do a “base” hem if your heels aren’t high enough. After, if you alter it, you will always have replacement sequence. 😊 I am glad you love it. I like the idea of it going to someone who will feel beautiful receiving it and wearing it, BUT don’t buy it if the price is going to bother you. Really!

jax_lux @portiatop I think its funny that you offered $70 originally. Sorry but as much as I need to clean out my closet, there would nothing left for me after Posh takes their cut from $50. My absolute bottom is $90 and that is $10 less than what I need. Maybe I'll have it cut to cocktail length. Too bad we couldn't get closer. Good luck.

Not just so I would have a sale, but because you could have converted it to a cocktail and used it again. How you feel is just as important.
