mindydawes I am sorry u damaged the shirt In The process of opening the item That clearly is not my fault I have shipped 100’s of items and never had an issue w packaging The shirt was also wrapped in tissue paper As added protection

caracibener @mindydawes As I mentioned, the packaging was way too small for the item. While it was not your "fault" it was a bit careless to squeeze a tee shirt into a package that small and tape it so tightly so that someone opening it would have no other option than to cut though it and potentially damage the item. As a business owner, you would do best to offer an apology and leave it at that rather than double down that your packaging had nothing to do with it.
