azjess82 @csteele123att humble? You received an item you didn’t pay for. The time stamp shows you purchased the bag at 10:58 am and you cancelled the order at 4:38 pm. I dropped it off at 3:00 pm. My post office closed at 4:30 pm therefore it had shipped there was no retracting the shipment.
