gypsy_culture Hi Jackie - I just wanted to let you know that I created an online USPS case this morning for the white CJ Banks sweater you bought from me on December 9th. I actually just got a call from a USPS employee who says it’s at the Mechanicsburg sorting center and stuck there along with a whole lot of other packages. She straight up said “it’s a mess” and apologized for the delay. Hopefully this next week they can get all of those packages moving. Appreciate your patience!

45thparadise Hi Jackie, I just got notification that your sweater that you purchased on Dec 25th (and sent on the 26th) is FINALLY in transit after 21 days of sitting in a Postal container. The Post Office is a hot mess. I have shipped almost daily for 17 years and have never seen it this bad. I am sorry for the delay. I hope you enjoy the cute sweater.
