Go to your closet info page. Scroll down to Poshmark Support Center. Click on that, a page will pop up that says Support Page. Right under that there is a search Icon that says Ask a Question. Click on that.

Continued: There you put in your name and email address. Under Category select General Question. Under that is a message box. I would say something like this: I received an item from @doocyscloset by mistake. The sellar is aware of the mistake and has been in touch with me. Please advise what to do.
