Just so you know, the weather hear near DC is highs in the 60’s so I’m probably looking at wearing the dress next spring. So don’t stress about getting to the post office. :-) (it’s Sunday now so I know they’re closed today anyway)

@buxombuffy if you ever shop on Zulily, they occasionally carry Goby shoes/boots at discounts. They’ve had this peacock boot before too. But I’m not sure when they’ll have Goby again so I’m glad I was able to purchase these from you!! Thx!!

@smedairy was sorry to hear that. My mom, 2 brothers and my sister and myself have it. My sister passed away at age 43, from it.. I since then because on of the best advocates in my LFA in the Philadelphia Tri-State chapter.

@heidizme I’m so sorry about your sister! My sister was just diagnosed with it this fall so she’s still trying to get it under control. It hasn’t help with Covid and she’s in a high risk job and taking immunity suppressant drugs. But as of January, she was doing better with her numbers and in February she got the vaccine so our whole family breathed a sigh of relief for that.

@smedairy yes I'm on a chemo infusion and meds to do the same.. as of now I'm not taking the vaccine because everytime I got stuff like that in the past I almost died so gonna wait a bit. I take extra zinc, vit c and d, sorta like Mrs. Trump took to not get it along with plaquenil. I know what she is going thru..I was sick my entire life, diagnosed in 2009...if she ever needs to talk send her my way I'm a trained lupus advocate.. when covid not around I run meetings.
