🌸 Good morning, I think I should cancel this order but I thought I would bring it to your attention 1st . To have this package will cost $40 at the UPS store. I would not make a profit for my sale. And if you get a shipping label back from posh mark for the returned of the chandelier which I will have to have for insurance proof that I paid for at USPS would be great. I am so very sorry for this inconvenience I have learned a lesson today. Have a beautiful week.

Ok Robin. So what you are telling me is that you are cancelling the order for the second replacement. Then Pothole is going (or should have done so already) send me back a return label. I have to repack the damaged goods. Take the bus to the post office to return it. Then circle back to go home and this whole thing was a farce. Would that be accurate statement? I would like to know your thoughts.

Hi Robin, disregard my last message above. You know, when I got the item, I really did not really look at it that closely because outcome was pretty clear. I decided to walk back to the back room just a bit ago to really take a close look with brighter lights. If you look at the column in the picture you will see a red ball and a blue ball, the long orange piece is between them. Msg 1 of 2.

Msg. 2 of 2. Well, both the red & blue balls must have had some inner pressure (trauma) during the mail up here. Have you ever seen a piece of glass that was cracked within, and will eventually break? Even though I believe those ballls are plastic, the same situation is going on. There is the large thick cord within the center post, maybe that caused it to happen. I am not sure, but Sorry, next message.......3

So now I am very glad I did not go through with trying to fix it. The chances of those busting or not lasting long are just too probable. I REALLY like them and you know that, but I am now sure you are correct above in not selling it to me. I will pull the sale down. It is just too risky. The one I got that Poshmark wants back....they can have it. One can't sell it anyways, it is damaged. I am sorry it worked this way because you seem nice & I like the piece, but this is not a good thing for us.
