mappling5170 Hi, I'm really sorry you weren't satisfied with your purchase. I try my best to describe the items as I see them, including pics. I never wore these outside/out of my house. I wore them inside when tried on but not long. After that I put in box and they have been sitting in my closet. I know the wrapping wasn't "PRETTY" but I was trying to protect the shoes during shipment. I dropped it off Mon May 17th around 3pm, I can't control the mail but wish I could! :) Thanks for the feedback.

nestoraray @mappling5170 oh my goodness, i was just wondering what you were talking about and i realized that i totally misread the could improve section. i was absolutely happy with my purchase i am so sorry. nobody's said anything so I just assumed I was rating properly. you did a wonderful job and if I can change the rating i will. nothing could be improved, it was perfect !
