mbiehn @wienw1ec Hi. I apologize that you are disappointed in your rating. I have accepted the item and paid and consider is done despite being disappointed in the overall quality since it was listed as NWOT The sleeve cut outs are a part of the design aspect I like and still do. I am referring to the small holes and pilling around them on the top portion of the right hand shoulder. If you would like pictures to see what I am talking about I am happy to send. Otherwise I consider this issue dropped.
