Hi Lou444ann! I've been trying to reach you! This is my 1st sale, so I tried to contact PM for help, but they have a full inbox and could not help. I'm so sorry to tell you there's a problem with the item you ordered. Unfortunately, I pulled the jacket from my closet and one of the clasps caught on a hanger and the hook snapped off. It's such a tiny piece of metal that you can't see from the front, but if you close all 4 clasps, 3rd won't close. If you still want it, I'll work w/you on $
