cristianaa @lana41987 Yes, that is correct. There is a little more flexibility with the seller because of Covid-19, however usually you can cancel the order if it's not marked as shipped by the 8th day since your purchase.

cristianaa @lana41987 Finally, "how to" if you need to cancel the order: To cancel a delayed order 1. Select your Account Tab 2. Select My Purchases 3. Select the relevant order 4. Select Problems/Order Inquiry 5. Select Order is Delayed 6. Select Cancel Order Once an order is cancelled, we will send you an email with all your refund details.

cristianaa @lana41987 I'm glad you made your first purchase! You'll see that Poshmark is a fun marketplace/community. I enjoy it so much more than eBay! I've always been a buyer, and recently started selling (I had "Marie Kondo" time during the lockdown...), and I had great experiences on both sides of the transactions.
