lolas_boutique_ @cmoore3578 hi! I wanted to reach out to you to update you on your item, I mailed that out 2 days after it sold. We have a new thermal printer and the labels are giving us major issues, sometimes they track sometimes they don’t. And sometimes they sit and don’t move, usps said it was the labels, I find that hard to believe and it’s a bummer after spending so much on it. I am so sorry this has been delayed. We have gotten different labels in hopes of solving this issue.
