ryankells Hey there, I sent out your package on June 23rd & I have the receipt to prove it. I ship same or next day. But, my local office was closed at that time, so it was two days. I have contacted multiple resources w/o an answer yet to give you for this unfortunate experience. I’m still trying. Is there anything else I can do?

ryankells I don’t know if you were expecting this for a special occasion. But, you paid for shipping and I paid $5 out of pocket at the store as well to ensure you received this when expected. Please let me know any concerns, comments, feedback, etc.
