Hello! I've been thinking about your rating for a while now. You bought a pair of Patagonia Blue Hiking Pants. They were in excellent condition, measurements were in the listing, I shipped them the following day. You gave me a 1 star with the words "could Improve". Could you please tell me what I could improve? I pride myself on my 5 star rating. Your rating has me confused. Thanks for your input! Dawn
