velvetbodice Hello in regards to your purchase of Burberry and Tiffany glasses, I am sorry but when we pulled the Tiffany, one of the arms was defective and not available from the distributor. We have shipped the Burberry and will ask you to contact Poshmark and let them know we authorize a refund for the Tiffany as we cannot do so on our end. Respectfully Julian

doublesfashions @velvetbodice I've contacted poshmark and asked how to proceed with doing a partial refund for the bundle order since there was an issue with the Tiffany sunglasses. Hopefully I'll hear back from them tomorrow sometime and then I can accept the order for the Burberry. Thanks!!

doublesfashions @velvetbodice Poshmark will not do the refund unless I return the "entire" purchase. Ridiculous! I am beyond frustrated with this entire situation! How do you want to proceed because I am getting nowhere with them and have to do the return by Saturday!?!!
