I am really sorry about your item being damaged in shipping! I haven’t had a bad instance like this before. I hope there is possibility to try and gently reshape them. I believe you have been refunded for this. Again, I am truly truly sorry this happened.

@lenaquigley61 No worries! Please keep the item. I wouldn’t want you to pay that cost. Maybe a glasses store (when open and you are comfortable) could help you reshape if you are worried. Again, I feel awful that this happened
