Hi. Apologize for taking so long to respond.
Arm Pit - To Arm Pit, 19". All the way around would be 38". Kinda depends on your back width. You could find a Double-Brested coat at the store to see. Take your measuring tape. Such an adorable coat. But none of that matters if it doesn't fit and you're not happy. We want happy clients.

Thanks for the like of my Betsey Johnson 🌻 I carry a lot of her wallets, jewelry and some clothes. When you have time come and visit my closet. I have a big closet so it will take sometime to see everything. If you know how to go to brands it will be easy. I can let you know how to do it if you would like to do it that way😊
