@tallytech yeah, I took a chance because of the price. I spotted it before I even took them out of the package. I put a claim in for them. The day after I bought them I saw that he was trying to push ones that had been opened. That sealed it for me. Thank you for the heads up tho.

@toolio462 they just came this afternoon. Filed a not as described claim and am waiting for the response from Poshmark. Not super worried about it, my credit card will take care if it if a poshmark won’t, but I’m sure they will.

@tallytech they approved it today. Shipping them back. Let's hope he doesn't try to pull a fast one on the return. They're all counterfeit. Someone else made a comment about them being fake on his profile.

@toolio462 yep, mine got approved today as well. Don’t think he’ll have a leg to stand on. Surely he will be kicked off the platform. Already saw that’s he’s been shadow banned (his active items don’t show in the search).

Ironically, I looked at another user's page that he interacted with. She also had some for sale so I looked them up. She listed a pair with the same serial number I received. The crazy thing is they must be stolen serials because they showed up as legit on Apple's site.
