Hello I just bought a pair of vans with a different pattern on them from Facebook they were size 11 and they were too big I had to return them I was February like to cancel my order with you please have a refund I see you have not shipped it out yet I’ll appreciate any consideration give this situation I’m very sorry for the inconvenience I really hope you can work with me I really would appreciate you stopping my order if possible please thank you so much ,Tim Martin

Yes I’ve contacted you many times in reference to my order shoes are going to be too big I asked you several times to cancel the order and you have one on the ship them anyway I really don’t appreciate being ignored and not having my messages answered I’m not very happy I will take this up with whoever I need to take this up with and fill a complaint against you
