2ndhandserves @dominic_glasser we already paid for the $20 extra for the shipping label out of our account because there was so many items so if we cancelled it would have to be canceled for good and we would lose $20.. I have a lot of vintage SnapBack I could throw in 5 extras to replace the 2 missing

2ndhandserves @dominic_glasser I’m just going to cancel the order for you. We gave you over 50% off of the entire order and you seem to be upset so we would just rather not continue to have you as a customer. Over 2 hats that were a total of $8 in the bundle it shouldn’t be this difficult. Thanks

dominic_glasser @2ndhandserves ok thank you. As a customer I was not in the wrong, you should have kept better tabs of your stock. I was just trying to resolve the situation and really don’t feel like I was making anything difficult. Just asking about the options. With you the best of luck with your shop.

2ndhandserves @dominic_glasser the thing is you ran us around for a month on this bundle and switched up the items numerous times. There would have been easier ways for this to happen such as replacing it with another item in our closet. It was only $8 worth of merchandise and we had to already pay $20 out of our pocket for the label. We admitted our fault with the 2 hats but never have I ever had a customer cancel a $15 order much less a $260 order over a tiny mess up.
