8christelle8 @barbiemurphy I am sorry, i am unable to contact the customer. The best way is for you to go to the Poshmark Support Center. press that, read the Shipping Delays and Covid 19 update. Then below give your Name , E-Mail and select a category such as tracking or delivery, or problems with the existing order. After you submit this Poshmark should contact you to let you know what happened to your purchase. Thank you, I hope that this will help.
