@caroracine hi! I wanted to thank you for buying the item from me. I wanted to update you about it. This was shipped out about 5 days or so ago. It’s not tracking. I did contact posh they said sometimes this happens. I had four other packages shipped same day that are not tracking either. I am very concerned. I just wanted to let you know that it’s not just sitting here not being shipped. I will keep a close eye on this and keep you updated. I am so so sorry.

@caroracine I am very very disappointed. I have four other packages out as well. I am just sick. Absolutely. This is nonsense and I’m starting to get mad really. I don’t like my customers upset at all and it looks bad on me. I am truly very very sorry and I wish there was something I could do about this immediately. If I had another I would expedite it to you free. I am so so sorry.

@caroracine I wrote to posh again and I was just going through reading the messages from them. They say to hang on and give it a few days. I just don’t know what to do about this to stop it from happening. For one I will go inside and get a receipt showing proof of shipping but that still doesn’t help if they lose the items. I am just not happy. I know you are not either. I feel terrible.
