hi. I wanted to reach out and apologize for the delay in shipping your boots. Last week we had to put my father-in-law in an assisted living residence which hasnt went smoothly. When our four children are thrown in the mix as well it makes for a very chaotic at times very difficult situation. Your item is packaged and sitting on the back seat of my car as we speak. I'll drop it off either this afternoon or first thing in the AM. Again I'm so sorry receiving your boots is taking so long
