nancykjohnson @grettie I ordered this as a birthday gift for my sister and I am so disappointed. Why did you send it with the back off? I am not a jeweler and I am confident I would have to pay someone to put the back on the watch and at that rate will not be able to send it to my sister prior to her birthday!

grettie @nancykjohnson I did write you about it if you look at the comment above but you never answered me so I just sent it. No a jeweler will just pop that on for you. I promise you they won’t charge you to put the back on the watch whatever you wanna do though. I did warn you and I warned poshmark

nancykjohnson @grettie at least I learned something about this site from you , I had checked a message that was just junk so I didn’t check any additional messages. Now I know better! The watch is beautiful and I’m sure my sister will love it. Can I delete the dispute or do I need to wait for them to resolve?

nancykjohnson @grettie she kept it level, rather than doing one side at a time, and pushed. It popped into place, she is pretty good at figuring things out so I wasn’t surprised when it popped in!
