I just heard back from Poshmark in regards to how to get a new shipping label for the correct item and they said To create a new listing for the item and have buyer repurchase. But I am confused bc that assumes you recvd a refund for the original transaction. Do you know if you received your refund to original form of payment? I have packaged and ready to go...
