've never had a negative comment since selling on poshmark. we do not smoke in our home nor our shop.
even included an additional item as a gift. however still have contacted ooshmark to refund your money.
I'm terribly sorry for your less than satisfactory experience.

I've gone through everything in my home. no cigarette smell because we don't smoke. all clothing has been in storage or my shop, please allow me to understand.. is this your first order as im trying to refund your money and sadly im sure you don't want the extra tee shirt we gifted you either.
I'd be glad to have them returned. Posh has sent me a response saying you would have to put that order in on your end.

@steampunkworks thank you. I wasn’t looking for a refund and if it doesn’t go through i am fine with that. I washed the jacket twice. If you don’t smoke in the house or shop I’m as confused as you.
I’m trying to figure out how to change my review because I’m also not looking to hurt your business. The jacket itself is a great piece.

I was typing when your last comment came in and didn’t see it if my reply back seems disjointed to your last comment. No refund is necessary. I’m not new to Poshmark, but I’m also slow on all its features.
Thank you for the t-shirt. And for the concerned customer service quality. You are truly someone who cares. I changed my review to five stars in hopes of putting this all to bed with everyone feeling okay in the end.

trying to figure it out as we have a ton of clothes. dont want anyone to have work when receiving a package.

@steampunkworks I am not sure about the t-shirt. I am incredibly sensitive to smoke and my sinuses flare up even when a car in front of me while driving is smoking and it comes through my vents. I really do love the jacket and when I put it on and smelled the smoke I just threw the shirt in the washer with it without checking it out.
I’m sorry I’ve created such a mystery for you.
