Glad you like wallet. Yes, the reduced shipping is for 'closet clear out' offered by Poshmark occasionally when item is reduced at least 10%. But that is not affective after buyer makes an offer. Sorry for confusion. I should have been clearer and said 'reduced shipping when purchased at reduced listed price.'
