makingmorespace Hello. I was very upset to see your negative review regarding the Charming Tails figurine. I would never knowingly sell something that was damaged or broken. It belonged to my teenage granddaughter. i thought the pipe wad detached to keep it from breaking off since it stuck out.

makingmorespace As you can see from photos I posted the pipe was in the right place and wasnt taped or glued. I added tape when shipping it to make sure the pipe didnt get lost in the packaging. I made sure it was wrapped in bubble wrap to make sure it got to you safely.

makingmorespace After getting your review I sent an email to Fitz and Floyd Inc to see if pipe is supposed to be detached or attached. They replied that they dont knoe because the collection was produced so long ago and before current ownership took over. There were no attempts to deceive you or to sell a damaged item.

iowatootsie @makingmorespace I too was upset when I received it. I have 2 pictures I will send shortly. The pictures clearly show that at one time the pipe was attached to the figurine. I have paid you for it & will glue the pipe back into place. I understand you did not mean to deceive but in the future, please tell people ahead of time that a piece is being taped to the figurine. Some people would really be mad receiving this, especially serious collectors.

iowatootsie Unless I open a "Complaint" with Poshmark, I don't see any other way to send you my two pictures. Can you send ME your e-mail address so I can send you the pictures? Or do you know of a way for me to send them thru Poshmark without opening a complaint?

bangles_beads Hello Iowatootsie, you just purchased my Relic checkbook wallet. I pulled it out of my storage container to wrap it & send it to you,but I noticed that it has some blue staining on it that was picked up from another wallet it was next to. I suggest you cancel the order because it is damaged. You have 3 hours to cancel an order from the time you placed it otherwise I will cancel it.
